Asmaa Muammar,
a teacher at Al-Fawkhary Elementary Girls' School in Gaza, won the gold medal
for the Global Creative Woman award 2021, after passing four exams with
distinction.
Asma devised a
strategy aimed at raising the level of her students towards creativity and
glory.
Alomar says: I
place all my focus on allowing students to unleash their inner light and step
out of their comfort zone. I do not ask them for solutions, instead I ask them
to get to the heart of the problem through which they will arrive at the
solution.
She added that
this was a wonderful experience that empowered me and gave me a push forward
towards improving my teaching methods.
It is
noteworthy that the International Creative Woman Award is an initiative of the
Global Coach Academy to encourage skilled women to present their talents.
