Information
Jamaal Ghaythan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts, Al-Quds University. He was born in 1967 in the village of Qabiya, near Ramallah.
He has published several research papers in Arabic literature and criticism, particularly focusing on early eras. He has supervised numerous master's theses and served as an examiner for dozens of master's theses at Al-Quds University and other universities.
Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma in Literary Stream from Na'alin High School in 1985 with distinction.
Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Jordan in 1989 with honors.
Master's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Jordan in 1993 with honors.
Ph.D. in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Jordan in 2007 with honors.
Thesis Titles:
Master's Thesis: "The Image of Poverty in Pre-Islamic Poetry," supervised by Dr. Nasrat Abdul Rahman.
Ph.D. Thesis: "The Impact of Pre-Islamic Poetry on Andalusian Literature from the Fourth to the Mid-Sixth Century," supervised by Dr. Nasser al-Assad.
Work Experience:
Teacher in private and public schools in Jordan and Palestine from 1993 to 2000.
Lecturer at the University of Jordan, Amman from 2001 to 2006.
Assistant Professor at Al-Khalil University, Hebron in 2008.

Courses in teaching methods and communication in Arabic.
Workshops in counseling and research plan preparation.
Courses in e-learning and virtual classrooms.
