Abdel Razek Maher Abdel Razek Natsheh is a Palestinian university professor , who has held the position of Minister of the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy since March 2024 within the government of Muhammad Mustafa .
His life
Abdul Razzaq Natsheh was born in 1982. His father, Maher Natsheh, served as president of An-Najah National University between 2013 and 2021.
He obtained a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from An-Najah National University in 2005, and in 2011 he obtained a doctorate from Manchester Metropolitan University in computer engineering .
He worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Kent between 2006 and 2009, and as a lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University between 2009 and 2011. Since 2009, he has been a lecturer at An-Najah National University .
On March 28, 2024, President Mahmoud Abbas approved the ministerial formation of the nineteenth Palestinian government headed by Muhammad Mustafa and gave it confidence.
On March 31, 2024, Natsheh was sworn in as Minister of Communications and Digital Economy at the Palestinian presidential headquarters in Al-Bireh .
On April 1, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Supreme Council for Creativity and Excellence was formed for the third time, and President Mahmoud Abbas appointed him as a member, and he still remains.
