Firas Al-Nasr is an assistant professor in the Department of Communication and Digital Marketing, An-Najah National University. He holds a PhD in Marketing/Digital from UniSZA State University in Malaysia, a Master’s degree in Marketing from Jordan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from An-Najah National University in Nablus. His research interests include the fields of digital marketing and social media, e-commerce, digital technology, and e-banking. He has many published research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals with an impact factor, and he has 1,500 citations on Google Scholar.
Dr. Firas has over 15 years of experience in academic, research and senior administrative positions in higher education institutions in Palestine, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. He holds several advanced professional certificates in digital marketing, the most important of which is the Certified Practitioner Certificate in Digital Marketing and Social Media from the Cambridge Institute in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Firas currently holds the position of Director of the Business Department and Head of the Business Administration and Digital Marketing Department at the College of Business and Communication at An-Najah National University.
