Kamalin Shaath is a Palestinian academic and the President of the Islamic University of Gaza . He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University , and a PhD in Construction Management from the University of Leeds in Britain. He is a member of the Society of Civil Engineers in the United States of America and a member of the Engineers Syndicate - Palestine .
