Ibrahim Muhammad Al-Daghma is a Palestinian lawyer who served as head of the Palestinian Fatwa and Legislation Bureau and later as Minister of the Palestinian Ministry of Justice in Yasser Arafat's fourth government.

Achievements and Awards

  • On August 2, 1994, he was appointed Head of the Fatwa and Legislation Debt, with the rank of Under-Secretary.
  • On January 1, 1996, he was assigned to carry out the duties and powers of the Minister of Justice during his absence while retaining his position as head of the Fatwa and Legislation Bureau.

    On October 6, 1996, he was appointed as a member of a committee to supervise the Palestinian Monetary Authority.

    On October 7, 2001, he was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Al-Aqsa University.

    On June 13, 2002, he was appointed Minister of Justice in Yasser Arafat's fourth government, and held the position until October 29, 2002.

    On February 13, 2006, he was retired from his position as head of the Fatwa and Legislation Bureau, as he had reached the legal age.

    On October 31, 2013, he was retired from his position as an advisor to President Mahmoud Abbas.
