Muhammad Khalil Mohsen Al-Disi (born in Jerusalem - Abu Dis, 1955 AD) is a Palestinian writer, and professor of Sharia sciences and scientific research at the Police College in Abu Dhabi. He is the author of many articles and books. He has authored many books on social education, faith and Islamic legislation. In 2013 he was honored as the oldest lecturer at the university.
Growing up and education
He was born in the town of Abu Dis, the eastern gate of occupied Jerusalem. He grew up in the first two qiblahs, where he learned sciences from its schools and scholars there. Until he obtained the scientific degree: Professor Doctor. Where he obtained a degree:

Achievements and Awards
On October 7, 2013, he was honored as the oldest lecturer at the Police College in Abu Dhabi. Colonel Saif Ali Al Ketbi, Director General of the Police College, honored Professor Dr. Muhammad Khalil Mohsen Al Disi in his office on the occasion of World Teachers’ Day, as he is the oldest lecturer at the Police College. The honoring ceremony was attended by both principals Departments, heads of departments, and a number of students of the twenty-fourth batch of candidates, who are students of the graduate batch. This honoring comes within the framework of the Police College administration’s keenness to appreciate all the distinguished and dedicated workers who have greatly contributed to the development of the educational process of the Police College. Dr. Al-Disi was handed a commemorative shield on this occasion. By His Excellency the Director General of the Police College and wished him success in his scientific and practical career. Dr. Al-Disi also thanked Colonel Al-Ketbi for honoring him, stressing the great support provided by the Police College administration to the lecturers in providing the best academic services to its students.
