Ibrahim Mahmoud Rashid Al-Shaer (born in 1963 in Bethlehem ) is a Palestinian academic. He was appointed Minister of Social Development in Rami Hamdallah’s third government in the second ministerial reshuffle. [1]
Academic achievement [ edit ]
The poet obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and a Diploma in Education in 1986 from Bethlehem University . Then he received a scholarship from the British Council in 1989 to study a Master’s in Linguistics at Lancaster University in Britain. He also received a scholarship to obtain a doctorate in linguistics. Applied Science from the University of Reading, UK.
