A Palestinian artist and cartoonist who was born in Kafr Ein village, Ramallah 1946; worked as a cartoonist at the Jordanian newspaper (Al-Dustur) until his death; earned a Press Layout course in London 1971; technical supervisor of many magazines and newspapers in London. Alrifaie died in 2012.
