Born in Kafr-Yasif, District of Akka 1879, finished his primary education in his village, he then moved to Jerusalem and joined the English College. Khouri was appointed as Arabic language teacher in Sihyoun School from 1898-1905; Arabic language teacher at Dar Al-Mu'almen in Jerusalem. In 1962 he left to the United States where he explained the Palestinian issue and the Palestinian right of return.
