Reyad was born in Thinaba, near Tulkarem 1949; finished his primary and secondary education in Zarqa, Jordan; obtained his BA in Economics from the University of Jordan; joined many courses specializing in accounting, economics and computer. He has also worked as an accountant in Libya, as an statutory auditor at the Arab Company for Drug Industries.
