Zohair Zaqtan was born in Al-Aroub Camp, Hebron in 1952. He holds a Master's degree in Literature. Zaqtan works as a teacher at the UNRWA Schools in Amman, Jordan. He wrote poetry; published in the Jordanian magazines and newspapers.
