Born in Tiberius, in 1945. When the Jewish paramilitary organizations occupied the Tiberius city and expelled the people to the neighboring countries, in 1948, Amameh's family moved to Damascus where he completed his elementary and secondary degrees, but he was not able to continue his higher education, because he became a Fedai'e in the People's Organization for the Liberation of Palestine and the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine; elected as a member of the General Union of Palestinians Writers and Journalists. Wrote poems and stories about the Palestinian people resistant.
