Antoun Youssef Shomali, born in 1914-1979, is a Palestinian poet, educator and administrator, born in the city of Beit Sahour. He wrote more than 130 poems distributed on many poetic topics, such as: patriotism, lamentation, spinning It was collected in one book entitled (The Complete Poetic Effects), presented to him by Dr. Yasser Al-Mallah. Known as a poet of Arabism to some critics. A street in Beit Sahour was named after him in 2014.
