Saleh Abdel-Gawad (1952- ) is a Palestinian writer and historian. He holds a doctorate in political sciences from the University of West Paris, Nanterre La Defense, in 1986.
His upbringing and educational attainment
Saleh Abdul-Jawad was born in the city of Al-Bireh in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. He was educated there. He obtained a BA in political science from Cairo University in 1974, then a master's degree in 1979, and finally a doctorate in political science from the University of West Paris, Nanterre La Defense, in 1986.
