Jerusalemite artist Samah Ghazi Ahmad Yaseen
Born in 1975, she now resides in the city of peace, Jerusalem
She worked on making her brush emulate the bitter reality in which the Palestinian cause lives, and all of her drawings served to support the Palestinian cause.
She participated in many local and international exhibitions, the first of which was the personal exhibition that was held at Birzeit University, entitled “A Dream Exhibition.” The second exhibition, which added to Samah and made her move a qualitative leap in artistic performance, was the “Every Picture Has a Story” exhibition, which was held in the city of Jerusalem, then an exhibition Bridges in the city of Bethlehem and the Al-Quds Open University exhibition in Nablus, in addition to the exhibition against violence against women, which was held at the Russian Museum in Jericho and brought together more than 65 artists from all the governorates of Palestine, and concluded the year 2019 with an art exhibition in the city of Jerusalem during the opening of the Al-Sawan Foundation for Culture and Arts. .
As for its artistic exhibitions and participations in 2020, there was an exhibition entitled “Earth and Man in the City of Tira” and an exhibition “with expressive imprints” sponsored by the Ministry of Culture in the city of Qalqilya, an exhibition by the Tanweer Cultural Foundation in the city of Haifa, and many international electronic art exhibitions during the Corona pandemic.
