Rawand Mustafa
A student of English and French literature, in addition to studying chemistry at the Canadian University.
Despite the many difficulties that I faced, I committed to wearing the hijab since I was 12 years old, which encouraged me and did not discourage me from participating in all activities without letting the hijab affect that, but rather it motivated me.
I participated in setting up a volunteer organization for the Arab community there. We would participate together in camping and practice many diverse activities, such as leadership programs, swimming, and walking in the forests.
My hobby is painting, which is my source of livelihood. I also donate the proceeds from my paintings to those in need.
I participated in many competitions in writing short stories and poetry, and my victory was in the story “Tita” and “Poetry About the Holy Qur’an.”
She also participated in playing the Canadian anthem and won the “Best Female Instrumentalist” medal.
She participated in a marathon between America and Canada and won a winning medal in that marathon.
