Murad Rizkallah Abd al-Razzaq Duha or Murad al-Sudani (born June 23, 1973 in Deir al-Sudan ) is a Palestinian poet and writer . He has poetry collections and publications in criticism and investigation. He holds several positions in the Palestinian, Arab, and international world of culture. He holds the position of Secretary-General of the General Union of Palestinian Writers and Writers .
His life
Murad Al-Sudani was born on June 23, 1973, in the village of Deir Al-Soudan near the city of Ramallah in Palestine . He studied primary school in the village of Deir Sudan, middle school in the town of Aroura , and secondary school in the town of Birzeit . He studied Arabic literature at Birzeit University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in 1995. He then obtained a master’s degree in contemporary Arab studies from the same university in 2012.
Membership and positions
He worked as an editor in the Palestinian Al-Ayyam newspaper from its founding until 1997, then he moved to Birzeit University to work as a lecturer in the Contemporary Arab Studies Program during the years 1997 and 1998.
He worked as editor-in-chief of Aqwas magazine, which deals with young voices.
Editor-in-Chief of Prisoners magazine.
He currently holds the position of Secretary-General of the General Union of Palestinian Writers and Writers .
Head of the Palestinian House of Poetry.
Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Committee for Education, Culture and Science in the Palestine Liberation Organization.
Vice President of the Union of Arab Writers and Writers and Vice President of the International Writers Association.

Achievements and Awards
Awards
The poet Murad Al-Sudani won the International Prize for Poetry, “City of Martin Sicuro 2017, in its ninth edition.” The award includes three winners at the Italian level: composed poetry, free poetry, and colloquial poetry, in addition to an international award given annually to an international poet, as Palestine was singled out for the poetry award in 2017. The international award obtained by the Sudanese poet.
