Zainab Khalil is a Paleatinian writer, she was born in Gaza in 1966. Zainab obtained her Bachelor's degree in Trade from Suez Canal University; High Diploma in Management from Hebron University; MA in Regional Studies from Al-Quds University in 2009.

She has published a book entitled "The Palestinian Refugees Views Toward The Right Of Return In Gaza Strip Camps", issued in Gaza in 2009.
