Tawfiq Bishara Muammar was a Palestinian writer. Born in Nazareth in 1917, received his secondary education in Nazareth and Safed. He then joined the American University of Beirut, receiving an Ijazah in Science and History, obtained the Palestinian Law Institute's certificate. Tawfiq has worked at the public prosecutor's office from 1935 till 1938.
