Rasheed was born in Nablus 1905, received his primary and secondary education in his country, moved to Cairo; studied at Al-Azhar for two years and a half he then returned to Nablus as a result of the Egyptian Revolution in 1919.

Rasheed resided in Jordan where he worked in teaching, worked in the Jordanian broadcast; died in Amman in 1965.
