A Palestinian artist. Saed Helmi was born in Al Aroub refugee camp, Hebron 1967, his family was displaced from Iraq al-Manshiyya, Hebron in 1948. 
He participated in several group exhibitions in Al Aroub refugee camp, Hebron University, Al Quds Open University (branch of Bethlehem), Palestine Polytechnic University (Hebron), Birzeit University and Bethlehem University.
