Information
Saif was born in Yemen in 1914, returned to Palestine; educated in Nablus, Jaffa and Jerusalem. Saif received a Diploma in Education from the Arab College in 1933; obtained the Higher Teachers Exam Certificate in 1937; Diploma in Education from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 1954; MA in Education from the same university in 1956; PhD in Philosophy of Education from Ain Shams University 1960. Saif has worked in Hebron's secondary schools, then as principle of Tiberias School in 1937; Al-Majdal and Qalqilya schools until 1945; appointed as secretary of the Arab Nation Bank in Jerusalem, then as its director in Nablus. After Al-Nakba (1948), he resided in Iraq.
Saif was the Jordanian ambassador in Rabat, Morocco; appointed as a lecturer in the University of Morocco.
