Abdulraouf Yousif was born in Miska; near Tulkarm, 1942. After al-Nakba occurred, his family moved to Jafr Jamal near Qalqilya; studied his primary stage in Tulkarm, then he joined al-Azhar University; graduating from Arabic language department, joined one of the Palestinian organizations, in response to the call of national duty.
