Wajih Badrakhan is a Palestinian musician, born in Jaffa on November 15, 1925. He worked for the Near East Radio, then moved with his brother, director Salah El-Din Badrakhan, to Cairo, where he starred in the movie “A Dream of a Night,” directed by his brother Salah. After the catastrophe of 1948, he settled in Cairo. He composed and composed for many Egyptian singers, composed many songs of the Palestinian revolution, and worked as a director of the Voice of Palestine on Voice of the Arabs Radio, which was broadcasting from Cairo. Head of the Union of Palestinian Artists in Cairo until his death on August 29, 2000, his son Muhammad sings and composes.
