Born in 1954, a Palestinian engineer and businessman, holder of American and Jordanian citizenship, graduated from the University of Oregon in the United States in 1978, and worked for General Electric Company, was appointed to the Scientific Research Council in Jordan and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and was appointed President of Amman Surgical Hospital.

Appointed a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).
From 2000 until 2005, he was appointed by government decree from the Prime Minister of Jordan, President of Amman Surgical Hospital, one of the pioneering hospitals in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with the purpose of supervising the restructuring and reorganization of the hospital.
Founder of the "Interconnection International Oil and Gas Company" in the Syrian Arab Republic, accompanied by Frenchman Sami Laradji.
