Husam Dweikat is the General Manager and co-founder of Isra Software and Computer, a leading software development company in Palestine that delivers integrated ERP solutions to the Palestinian market and off the shelf software packages in the regional market. Mr. Dweikat is responsible of the company’s growth since the year of 1997 to deliver a wide range of products and solutions to the Palestinian market where the company’s enterprise E-Trade solution (OPTEXTM) has won The Arab Golden Chip Awards 2010 in the category: Best On-Line Application in Commerce. Mr. Dweikat was the first one in his field of software development that managed to get his company the international ISO 9001:2000 certificate in the year 2004.

 

Mr. Dweikat is a board member at the Palestinian Information Technology association of Companies (PITA).

 

Before Starting Isra Software, Mr. Dweikat worked as the head of the Software Department at Halley for Computers and Electrical Engineering for about five years.

 

Mr. Dweikat holds the bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from Al-Quds Open University.
