Said Zain Eddin was born in Gaza in 1894. He received his elementary education in Al-Rashidyya School in Gaza, he then joined Dar Al Mu'almen in Damascus. After his graduation, he worked as a teacher in As-Suwayda, Syria for three years; left to Jerusalem where he was appointed as principle of (Al-Ma'muniyya) School; one of the founders of the literary Forum in Jerusalem in 1918, moved to Jaffa; appointed as principle of (Al Rashidiyya) School.
Later on, he joined the Palestinian Law Institute in Jerusalem; graduated in 1927. He practiced law, dedicated himself as an advocate for the Palestinian revolutionaries; elected as a president of the Law Bar Association; president of Al-Makassed Foundation.
Said died in Gaza on 3 Aug 1959.
